Returns

Don't stress, we are here to help, and we are awesome at it. If you have any questions, concerns, or need to return a product that you purchased from Gerick Sports, please email [email protected] with your first and last name, phone number, and what you need from us. If you don't hear from us in a reasonable amount of time, please call 250-426-6171 or hit us up on Instagram.

Items purchased from Gerick Sports must be returned within 15 days of delivery for a full refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Items must be in their original packaging with all of the original tags and branding attached.

Gift Cards are non-refundable. Purchases made with a gift card may be returned for store credit.

There are certain situations where refunds will be refused:

  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts
  • Items missing packaging or tags
  • Items that come back with strong unpleasant odors
  • Items not purchased from Gerick Sports Cranbrook
  • Bathing Suits and Underwear are Final Sale

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Depending on the situation, refunds will be applied to your original method of payment or a store credit. Refunds may take up to 5 business days to appear on your credit card statement, but you will receive a refund confirmation email immediately. If you do not see a refund in a reasonable amount of time, please contact us.

Sale items may be returned for store credit or exchange only.
Items discounted more than 50% are FINAL SALE.

 

To return an item to our store, please first purchase a Return Label here
Please be honest with the size of item that you are returning. If you are unsure, please ask. Once we receive the purchase confirmation, a return label will be emailed to you. Please print it off, and attach it to your parcel. Return labels are usually emailed within one business day.

All returned items must be properly packaged so that no harm is caused to the product during shipping. Skis and Snowboards should be shipped in Ski/Snowboard specific boxes. Shoe boxes, ski/snowboard binding boxes, ski/snowboard boot boxes, and goggle boxes should be free of tape and markings.

Shipping and receiving times may vary depending on where you live, and the shipping service used.

If you choose to ship the item on your own, please add tracking. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
