Free Shipping in Canada
We offer complimentary standard shipping within Canada on orders exceeding $150 (before taxes and post-discount), subject to possible exclusions. Take advantage of this offer to save on shipping costs!
Please note, over-sized and over-weight items are subject to a flat shipping rate of $40.
Standard Shipping for Orders Under $150
Orders under $150 (before taxes and post-discount) within Canada will incur a standard shipping fee of $15. This ensures prompt delivery of your items at an affordable cost.
Shipping Schedule
Please note that we do not dispatch packages on statutory holidays and weekends. Our shipping services operate exclusively on business days (Monday to Friday).
Delivery Expectations
Considering our location in British Columbia and the vastness of Canada, we wish to inform you that deliveries to Ontario, Quebec, and the Maritime Provinces may experience slightly longer transit times. We appreciate your understanding as we strive to provide quality service across the nation.
International Shipping
Unfortunately, at this time, we do not offer International Shipping outside of Canada. Please check back at a later date for possible changes to this policy.
Courier Options
We collaborate with multiple reputable courier services including UPS, Purolator, GLS, FedEx, DHL, and Canpar to ensure reliable and efficient deliveries. Should you have a preferred courier, kindly contact us, and we will make efforts to accommodate your request.
Missing or Stolen Packages
We regret that we cannot be held responsible for missing or stolen packages. However, we will collaborate with our shipping partners to assist you if your parcel is missing or delayed.
Order Processing Time
All orders are meticulously packaged and prepared for shipping within 48 hours of order placement. Please note that weekends and special holidays may lead to a delay in package pickup.
Order Mistakes and Address Errors
If you identify an error in your order or address, please notify us promptly. Regrettably, we cannot assume responsibility for customer errors once the package is collected by our shipping partners.
Tracking Information
Upon shipment, you will receive an email with tracking information from Click Ship, enabling you to monitor the progress of your order.
Refused Shipments
- Shipments declined by the buyer for delivery will incur return shipping charges, deducted from the refund.
- This is not applicable if refusal is instructed by a Gerick Sports Staff Member.
Free Shipping over $150 Exclusions
Certain large or heavily discounted skis, snowboards, OneWheels, bike trainers, and ski boots do not qualify for free shipping. All over-sized and over-weight items are subject to a flat shipping rate of $40.
