If you need to ship something back to the shop, please select the appropriate return label for the item that you purchased. If you have any questions about which label to choose, or how to ship it back, please ask our helpful staff.
Once we receive your return label purchase, we will email the return label within one business day. The return label is not an automated email, so please give our staff time to create the label to send. And please follow our return guidelines when returning an item.
Items purchased from Gerick Sports must be returned within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. After 15 days from the delivery date items can be exchanged for another item or store credit.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Items must be in their original packaging with all of the original tags and branding attached.
Gift Cards are non-refundable. Purchases made with a gift card may be returned for store credit.
There are certain situations where refunds will be refused:

Refunds may take up to 5 business days to appear on your credit card statement, but you will receive a refund confirmation email immediately. All returned items must be properly packaged so that no harm is caused to the product during shipping. Snowboards and skis should be shipped in snowboard/ski specific boxes. Shoe boxes, binding boxes, boot boxes, helmet boxes, and eyewear boxes should be free of tape and markings.
Shipping and receiving times may vary depending on where you live, and the shipping service used.
If you choose to ship the item on your own, please add tracking. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
